• Land survey (topography)
  Our Civil Engineer staff will assist you in measuring by teodolights the width of location, elevation and also finding the data about the soil reliability for construction. In this part our data about earthquake will be necessary for planning in base construction.
• Plan drawing
  In this stage we provide a global drawing, picturing a general shape and function of the building adhering to the client specific need and requirement. The most important thing is to listen to our client and try to implement in abstract drawing of their building.
• Construction drawing
  This is an accurate drawing by 2 dimensions or 3 dimensions mentioning a detail of every angle of the building. This drawing can be use as the pre calculation of the project and also for the direction of those constructions
• Budget allocation planning
  It is our responsibility to ask the client about their budget and then we will give a specification of material which will match those budget
